Well, I'm overseas again. Good news is it has given me a lot of drawing time so far. Sometimes I can't force the pencil to do what I want, but I'm trying to not sweat it and just draw. Sketch, ink, color, something, everyday. I can see improvements (And I hope everyone else can too.) Nothing like sketching in boring meetings to pass the time.

Overseas
Well, I'll be overseas as of tomorrow.....again. Woo for me. Hopefully I'll get some time to draw, unlike last time.
Headed Home
Going home on leave for this next deployment and trying to finish a few things I wanted to. Great to be back around Deviant Art. Bought a new tablet since my other was so old they didn't make the model anymore. :D Love it.

Returning after a long hiatus. Again. A trip to the desert this time. Not sure about returning to drawing. Sometimes it frustrates me to no end and sometimes I love it dearly. Sometimes both. I'm trying to move back in slowly and not let little things bother me. Just enjoying it. So far success on that front. Added a new sketch just to say I posted something and honestly I'm pleased with it. I might use it to reintroduce myself to Photoshop and my tablet.
Now if I could only get them to adjust my medications...

2010
Well 2010 finds me moving back to the States and in a new position in my... corporation. The wife and I have made an offer on a house so I'm hit with a sudden and massive hammer of adult responsibility and I don't like it.
Otherwise in 2010 I intend to draw more and focus on improving. I'm going to try talking to more artists and make more time for myself in which to do it. I've already tried to start, taking a good bit more time and effort with my recent Battle Elf picture than I usually do.
